One of my favorite and I think most innovative blogger has just produced an incredibly creative Christmas blog. Set up magazine style. It is full of great food, artisans, great photos, fabulous people and recipes. I am thrilled that Katie chose to include one of my recipes. How excited am I to see her beautiful photo of one of my dishes!!!
Congrats to Katie for her amazingly creative BONANZA of a post. I have been a fan of Katie since she started her blog and she is an inspiration to me. It is a great Christmas gift to see my recipe in print so to speak. Visit her site it is a feast for the eyes. Truly gorgeous and unique. http://www.whatkatieate.blogspot.com/

Happy Holidays to all and I will be back in full force after the festivities are over.

Bon Noel!!

  1. OMG what an honor!!! I've been following her for only a few months now after hearing about her on GOOP (Gwyneth Paltrow's blog) and am in love with her food and photos. I flipped through the Christmas edition yesterday and it's gorgeous. I swear she must do freelance for Donna Hay in Australia who is my cooking idol.

I'm moving down under in a few weeks to Brisbane and this salad will be the perfect dish for the hot summer. Can't wait to try it! - Laura

  7. Beth,
Your persimmon/pecan salad reminds me of a salad you posted earlier this year for a cranberry/walnut/chicken with olive oil and balsamic dressing. I have mad that salad 4 times so I will definitely be trying this one!
